SCHOOL BOARD

Their members discuss and vote about the school project,  rules, schedule, orienteering race organisation and planning of the staff continuous training.

They are consulted about the  school's  map of employment (number and quality of the teachers), pedagogical structure (number of classes), sports association operation, school clubs, hygiene  and security matters, work conditions, information for the school parents, school canteen, disabled students support and school trips.

They are informed about the school budget (anual revenue and expenses forecast) and about the financial statements (anual financial report).

3 parents are to be elected.

PRIMARY SCHOOL BOARD

The primary school board is consulted about the pedagogical structure of the primary school, school calendar, primary school project, health, security and hygiene matters, as well as the support and conditions for special needs students, information for parents and adaptability of the school to its environment.

15 parents are to be elected

DELEGATION FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL LIFE

This delegation is consulted bout the school schedule and rules, school canteen, modalities of personal work (A.P. in french abbreviation),  cultural  and linguistic  exchanges, professional  orientation, health, hygiene and security matters,  as well as the high school life space management  and  the sport activities organisation.

3 voluntary adults are needed

HYGIENE AND SECURITY COMMITTEE

The  role of such committee  is to contribute  and ensure the physical and mental health of the staff besides their security and

work conditions.

2 parents are to be elected

DISCIPLINARY BOARD

This  board  is  composed  of  two  members  from  the  elected  school  board,   they  can  be  regular  members  or substitutes. The  sanctions  pronounced  by  the  disciplinary  board   are  considered  as  acts  of  law.

3 parents are to be elected.

EDUCATIONAL COMMITTEE

The  person  elected  for  this  role is not necessarily part of the School board.  It's role is not to pronounce any sanction but to advise and to lead the student  into a commitment.

1 parent is to be elected.

CANTEEN COMMITTEE

This  committee's  role  is  to  ensure  the  quality  of the  service,  food  and  amenities  of the canteen  service. As  this is not a mandatory committee, their members are not necessarily part of the School board.
